obs插件
我注意到Twitch的直播里有几个有趣的插件，比如订阅主播后可以增加订阅时长，一般是30s，也就是说只要观众多，直播时长也会越来越久，实现了直播马拉松。
还有通过订阅发言，会直接读出来，亦或者触发感谢音乐。
所以我决定编写一个相同的功能用于OBS or bilibili直播姬 的插件。
